Steve Vermeer

Steve founded Property Invest in 2015 after graduating from Cass Business School in London with a specialization in Real Estate Investment.

He is responsible within the group for the Luxembourg Real Estate market, focusing on managing and sourcing new developments. Steve looks for new ways to expand the business and is in charge of serving former and new customers. Through his experience, Steve offers real estate guidance and market expertise to potential clients.

Mike

Mike Vermeer

Mike joined Property Invest in September 2019. After completing his studies at Columbia University, Mike worked at the Blackstone Group in New York specializing in Real Estate, where he was there in charge of the real estate valuation process.

He values all real estate properties for clients and solicits potential clients to buy, sell, or rent their properties. In addition, Mike is responsible for advertising, promoting properties and social media in order to attract clients and draw traffic to properties for sale or rent.

Jeff

Jeff Haas

Jeff joined Property Invest in 2019 after working for 10 Years in the Real Estate Industry.

He solicits potential clients to buy, sell, and rent their properties. Jeff is responsible for showing all properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property. Given his experience, Jeff is able to ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale or lease of a property. He accompanies his clients from beginning until the end of the process.

Charlène Charo

Charlène Charo

Charlène joined Property Invest in 2020 after finishing her studies in Applied Foreign Languages and obtaining her Master in Human and Social Sciences.

She has always found an attraction for the real estate sector. She holds the position of administrative assistant to management and is keen to share her experience in the field of communication and organization in order to satisfy all customers.

Marc Schuman

Marc Schuman

Mr. Schumann joined Property Invest in 2020. Before joining the team, he worked for the Police Grand Ducale for nine years. He has always shown great interest in the Luxembourgish real estate market, so he decided to take on a new challenge.

Thanks to his training as a certified real estate agent, he can advise his clients on issues such as valuation, sales and the purchase of real estate projects. Through his extensive experience in customer service, Mr. Schumann is able to accompany his clients from beginning until the end of the process.

Max

Max Mondloch

Max opens the first franchise of Property Invest in 2019 after working for 5 and a half years as a franchise for Laforet Luxembourg in Wiltz in Real Estate, where he was in charge of launching his agency and explore the real estate market in the North and West of Luxembourg. He has a passion for old buildings and the retention of patrimony.

Max is in charge of the new franchise Property Invest Nord where he solicits potential clients to buy, sell, and rent their properties. Max is responsible for showing all properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property. Lastly, Max ensures that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale or lease of a property.

Philipp

Philipp Schneider

Philipp opens the first franchise branch for Property Invest in Germany in March 2020. As an expert in real estate, Philipp will cover the Greater Region of Trier, Luxembourg, Bitburg and Wittlich.

As a graduate in business administration, he also has a feel for the financial real estate market. He has a passion for real estate development.

He is responsible for the rental and sale of residential and commercial properties. From start to finish, Philipp will handle and clarify all contractual matters with the seller, buyer, landlord and tenant.

 

Niklas Beck

Niklas Beck

In September 2020, Mr. Beck joined Property Invest in the course of opening the first franchise branch in Germany. After successfully completing his bachelor's degree in business psychology, he was able to gain some experience both in Germany and abroad as a real estate agent at a well-known real estate company.

His main responsibilities at Property Invest include the acquisition and sale of properties. Thanks to his training as a certified real estate agent, he can advise his clients on issues such as valuation, sales and the purchase of real estate projects. Mr. Beck accompanies his customers conscientiously and with commitment until the end of the sale or project.

As a knowledgeable expert in the real estate industry, Mr. Beck will look after the greater region of Trier, Luxembourg, Bitburg and Wittlich.
